Discover seven drivers you can use to improve your daily coaching practices: (1) collaboration, (2) transparency, (3) inquiry,(4) discourse, (5) reverberation, (6) sincerity, and (7) influence. The session will provide participants with an opportunity to dive into each driver and allow them to transform their daily dispositions toward supporting teachers. Participants will also learn the architecture of a transformative instructional coaching framework and build a construct for their own use.
